3. NOT Medical Advice
Brief My Doctor is a communication aid only. It is NOT medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult a healthcare professional. For medical emergencies, contact emergency services.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate health info, use Brief My Doctor only for personal appointment prep, not abuse rate limits, comply with laws, and assume full responsibility for your health decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
Generated summaries are yours to use personally. Do not resell, redistribute, or use commercially without permission.
6. Rate Limiting & Free Tier
1 lifetime free prep per IP. We reserve the right to enforce rate limits, block abusive IPs, and modify limits with notice.
7. Prohibited Uses
Do not: use as self-diagnosis without provider, automate requests, scrape the Service, reverse-engineer credentials, spam support, use commercially, or provide false health info intentionally.
8. Limitation of Liability
Brief My Doctor is provided "AS-IS" without warranties. We are NOT liable for medical consequences, AI errors, data loss, or indirect damages. You use Brief My Doctor entirely at your own risk.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brief My Doctor and Anthropic from claims, damages, or costs arising from your use, violations, or health decisions.
10. Modifications & Termination
We may modify or discontinue Brief My Doctor, modify these Terms, terminate access for violations, or delete data upon request.
